Who is Done Deal for?

Anyone who needs a second chance to rebuild rental history, and has the right heart, intentions, and financial means to do so.

Am I guaranteed to get an apartment?

Yes, if you have 2 or less rental issues and after passing the income and criminal guidelines of the Partner Property. A few Partner Properties have further stipulations, please contact us or consult your Counselor for more details.

Is my Initial Fee refundable?

YES, for 7 calendar days or until an application is placed at any of our Partner Properties.

When are the fees due?

The Initial Fee is due before your application will be processed. The Risk Assessment is due a minimum of 2 days before your move-in.

Can I get a move-in special?

Sometimes... different Partner Properties have different rulings on this. Contact us or consult your Counselor for more details.

How long are the leases?

Most leases are for 6 months, however, a few Partner Properties require 12. Please contact us or consult your Counselor for more details.  

How much does this cost?

It varies… our Procedures Form lays out the rates for most people with 2 or less rental issues. Please contact us or consult your Counselor for more details.

Why would I use Done Deal?

There are very, very, few Properties that accept recent or multiple rental issues. (Done Deal works with 90+ Partner Properties and is regularly adding more!)

Price!

Our rates are similar to, or less than, any other property used to charge when accepting a recent rental issue.  

Most properties no longer accept with recent rental issue.

Protection!

Some properties say they can help, but don’t, and still keep your application fees, administration fees and sometimes hold deposit… 

Our service all but guarantees you good rental history!

Freedom!

Once you use our service, as long as you pay the rent on time and obey the rules, you can renew or move to other Partner Properties with low or minimal additional fees.
